What I have been able to find is that in 1910 Archibald Butt was a boarder at a house at 1901 "I" Street, and Frank does not appear to be living there, although the original image is hard to read. The indexing of names is haphazard at best, but I could not find Francis or Frank Millet in either the 1900 or 1910 Censuses.
