There used to be two skating shows that toured, Stars on Ice, and Champions on Ice.

"Stars" had their roster full of professional skaters.  "Champions" consisted of amateur skaters who were still competing at Olympic levels.

The Cowboys on Ice was during a Stars on Ice show.

Thanks for bumping, Chuck!  Very nice.  The choreography is kind of unremarkable, but who cares, with that great hip action and those cowboy duds?  8)
