It's the time of year to reconnect with Brokie friends!

For some reason, I haven't been as active here lately. Fewer controversies to argue about post election, I guess. But regardless, at this time of year, I feel the need to reconnect with my Brokie loved ones just as I would my regular so-called "real life" loved ones.

After almost seven years together, I hold many warm memories of Brokie holiday seasons of the past. Chatting here has become as much a tradition as any other.

So, to all my Brokie friends:

Same to you, K!  I remember all those times we fought the trolls together over on the other board.  I can't believe its been 7 years!  I'm not as active here as I once was (most of us aren't as active) but I still lurk at least once a day.

I too tend to lurk rather than post these days. And yet not one day passes without thinking of BBM and my brokie friends. When I feel down I just come here and read and smile and get some strength again. Some of you I have met, many I have not and yet being here feels like being among family and it is such a comforting feeling... Thank you all for being there  :-*
