Happy Hanukkah! I'm considering making my favorite Hannukah dish this week

Are those latkes? They look good! What are they made of? Do you dip them in anything?
Sason:
Yes they are latkes.
Made mostly of grated potatoes with a little flour and egg in the batter.
You can eat them either savoury with sour cream, in that case you add some onion to the batter.
Or you can eat them sweet with apple sauce or jam.
Front-Ranger:
Grate! I like potato anything.
Will have to try to make them.
