Hmm. With a well-built Sean Connery in a red bikini, as in the poster, who wouldn't? 8)
--- Quote ---Well, she is a perfect Gorgon now in London Spy--very scary!

She looks like Lillian Hellman when I saw her on Merv Griffin's talk show when I was just a lad. ::)

Believe me, in London Spy, Charlotte Rampling is MUCH MUCH SCARIER than Lillian Hellman--"including 'and' and 'the' "! ::) ::)

London Spy
Episode 4
"I Know"
--- End quote ---
This 4th episode, "I Know", is tragically sad and bleak. It is also, with some of the mystery revealed, extremely interesting, even electrifying. The horror of the first episode, though, how it happened, is still largely hidden. I'm afraid that the 5th and last episode next week--might be hard to take.
However: Whishaw, Broadbent, Rampling, Holcroft--everyone--are amazing, Whishaw and Broadbent especially, and the story--and the love story (both love stories??)--is hugely affecting, heartbreaking. Someone in the UK, during the initial release, cleverly renamed the story "London Cry". Very clever--considering I've been crying in the shower in the morning for days. Awfully Brokeback, circa November-December 2005!
Aloysius J. Gleek:
Sob! :'(
Oh, thank goodness all three of them are ok (if only in real life ::) )--
Well, if they can, maybe I guess I can survive London Spy after all!
See how easy that is? :D
