Back online - many changes in few days...

Well, my computer crashed on Saturday, March 25th... I finally get back online and I find many of my beloved posts deleted from IMDB and this sanctuary established, with 13 pages of posts to search through...... I was wondering if anyone saved any of the poetry from the "Do Not Let Me Go Into That Dark Night" thread or if I should just start over from the beginning. I have some on my old computer. Still need to get the stuff out of that hard drive.

Anyway, howdy to you all again, and I hope Meryl, Vicky, Celeste, and Jenny are on here somewhere. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to go through all 13 pages, so if you could perhaps send me the highlights....

I will be posting more in other threads on the BetterMost Forums. I think I have a great deal to contribute to the "Now What" forum. My bibliomantic meditations on the film are going extremely/extremely well. I have nearly 100 pages of nothing but sayings from the film, combined with quotes from a book and then some thoughtwork on how they are interrelated. Please look for it, or I will try to post a link to it here...

Once again, it is sad to say goodbye to Chez Tremblay, but I am glad to see that some of us have escaped on lifeboats to this tropical paradise.

As a second note, I thought that I would add that one recent meditation was particularly powerful, and I am now convinced that this film is the most beautiful creation that is the result of human effort.

Just thought I'd pass that on, so that you all can see how insane I am.

My sympathies on the computer crash. Two years ago the internal power source on my PC went bad and I was without internet access at home for almost a MONTH till a tech-savvy friend helped me figure out what the problem was (so much for Dell's vaunted customer assistance) and got it repaired.

Hi Daniel - Yes - we are all here, and so glad to see you too.  I was wondering where you had gone, and so hoped you'd gottent the many messages.  Great to see you here, and looking forward to catching up with you.
