I'm proud to say that 42 Below is made in New Zealand (42 degrees below the equator).
Yeah, I'm a bit ambivalent about the "gay" advertisements, but on the whole I think they're good-heartedly blokey, rather than homophobic.

That's the way I took it, too, RouxB. I felt guilty for laughing, especially at the That's Gay video, but it was too funny not to. (Not at all funny, though, when one considers your sister-in-law's cousin.)

I'm glad to know that you interpret it this way. I was hoping that was the case, especially since one of the commercials is in support of the (do I have the initials right?) CSD Gay Day/Parade. Still, I hesitated quite a while before posting them.

I just re-read your post and noticed this. I wondered where it came from! Thanks for pointing that out.
