Hi Eric,

I have a troubleshooting question.  I can't get audio when I log in to BBM Radio.  I click on "Play" and get a pop-up box with a green arrow.  When I click on that, it wants to know what I want to open it with or whether to save it to disk, neither of which options seem to work.

Am very confused.  ???

Hi Meryl,

How bizarre.  Hmmm.  So, you're on the page http://www.live365.com/stations/dampier and you click the play button.  Yes, a pop up window is supposed to open.  That window is the radio tuner.  It will first show you a commercial for Live365, and then the tuner appears.  You say you are getting a green arrow?  What else is in the pop up window when it opens?

Eric

Phillip Dampier:
This might be a browser issue.  Which are you using?  I have some aggravation staying logged in at Live365 with IE7, for instance.

Meryl:
Phillip, I guess you're right.  I've been using Mozilla Firefox.  Just now I opened it with Internet Explorer and I'm getting audio.

I guess something in my settings on Mozilla is blocking the pop-up tuner from connecting.  Thanks, Eric.  I'll just keep using IE for BBM Radio.  :)

Brown Eyes:
CONGRATS Eric!
