Just a little bump for this important thread.

Kindly read my original message and be sure to lodge your vote for our favourite movie. You don't have to be Australian. You don't have to register. It's open to everyone. And you get to vote 3 times for every one of your e-mail addresses.

The important thing to remember is that you must acknowledge your vote when you get the return e-mail from The Movie Show. If you don't do this, your votes won't be recorded.

I'm stressing this because Heath is Australian and I would love to see Brokeback Mountain do well in this Australian poll, particularly for his sake.

Speaking of our Heath, there was an article about Heath & Michelle in the Australian press today, with an accompanying photo of them.  Well, though I love them dearly, I must say they looked a fright LOL!   :o Dressed casually in shorts, with rubber thongs on their feet (Michelle's were lilac!), I'm tempted to send them an iron LOL! They obviously don't own one LOL!   ::) Hee-hee!

Here's the press article that accompanied the photo:

Scraggly Heath
Heath Ledger may be a top actor, but a Perth hotel was ready to "quit" the Brokeback Mountain star when he rocked up recently looking more like a hobo than a Hollywood hit. Ledger and partner Michelle Williams arrived at the Raffles Hotel for a meal but staff were about to turn him away for looking too casual. "He was scruffy as an old dog, with his face hidden under a cap," a fellow diner says. "But once they realised, all was forgiven and they got silver-service treatment."

Vote today!  Spread the word!  ;D
