I don't know if Heath would have wanted to stand next to her since they broke up before he sadly passed. But I think as the mother of his child he'd be proud of her doing so well professionally lately. :)

And I think Heath would be very proud of the way she has gone on with dignity and professionalism, and most importantly as a mother to Matilda.

Michelle was recently on "Live with Regis and Kelly," an American daytime TV talk show. She was chipper, and no one mentioned Heath. I'm guessing that a) she's being urged to make appearances like this, because she used to say she hated them, and b) she agreed to go on only if they wouldn't bring up Heath. Matilda was briefly mentioned though.
They mostly talked about making the movie Shutter Island.
I saw it because four years ago I programmed my TiVo to pick up anything about her and the rest of the BBM cast and crew. I was surprised to see it this week.
