Only I might say this but he's in a 1964 or 65 Ford pickup like Jack's (red) or Ennis's (blue).

Hey Dave
If you look a the Scene wheree Ennis is driving Jr back to Alma's at the interior of the thrunk you can see that it is the same. 1966 or 1965 Ford.
