Primarily, hatred of themselves that they have repressed into their subconscious. BUT the feelings are there and if THEY see a male that 'sets off' this hidden part of themselves, they go into a rage. Psychologists used to call these people Latent Homosexuals as this thread begins with.

Merci Br. Patrick !
You say:

Br. Patrick, I can see that totally as you say, or partially.
To me non-acceptance of self and humanity,
it's a major concern in civilisations to-day,
(and will get worse),
but how can that be
1- prevented,
2-modified,
or
3-not-at-all become so that rage or murderous state???
1- Concerning prevention, maybe the free world is becoming to accept or like homosexuals? -
But there still remains many civilisations that need to be educated about gays being humans like any other human, and even in ours? So any prevention can be done?
So schools and what else are important for that education???
2- Regarding modified, even when one is placed into prison as that person murdered a gay man, there is
no service to teach that gays are acceptable in society? So those murderers of gay men continue to do so, once out of prison?
3- If one can see more on TV, etc., about bashing and hatred and how to see that and combat that to bash and to hate thoughts maybe leading to violent actions, then maybe there would be no harm done to gays?
Your posts and that of others who can post here too, are always welcome and helping,
au revoir,
hugs!

I know I said this before but it bears repeating. The US Government has an AD Council through which they present issues relative to the times we live in. These 15-30 second TV spots are put randomly into Broadcasters schedules. I saw an AD which said "That's so gay" is offensive. They then showed a women wearing an unusual blouse. They said "You wouldn't say, "That's so top." They implied the rudeness of the situaltion. Then they simply said, "STOP IT!" The voices were teenagers and it was well done and effective.
Can't remember which Network showed this but I KNOW it wasn't LOGO. I felt so proud when I heard it.

I've seen a few of those ads too and I'm glad they are putting them out there for others to see. It's very offensive to me when I hear people say "That's so gay!" as if somehow being gay is bad or stupid. It's offensive.
It's nice to see you online tonight Brother Patrick! :D
I hope you had a very nice day.
