Hey, welcome, marlb42! I'm so glad to see you over here. It's true, your post from imdb has generated lots of good discussion.
Also, keep in mind that there have been people filtering in here all along -- including quite a few in the past month or so, since BBM debuted on HBO. So some of us have been around quite a while, some for a matter of months, some for just weeks or even days. You'll fit right in.

Yes, Welcome marlb42! I'm an old-timer in cyber terms and I'm also one of the people who's spent a lot less time here of late than I used to. I think part of it is feeling less attached to Brokeback per se, now that it's been a full year since it all began. I am still quite interested in Jake, Heath, their families and their new roles, and will always love BBM but I don't need to talk about it the way I used to. Sometimes I miss those days of total obsession though.
I'm still glad and proud to be a member of this community though, and hope that lack of frequent posting does not count against me. I can be pretty busy and then pretty introverted alternately, and both take me away from here.
Again, welcome and do stick around.

welsome - can't answer users question - but us regualrs will still be here and the board will continue - just at a slightly slower place - which is just as well for you as you wold have zero free time if it continued at its original pace!!!! Hope to speak soon.

I have also noticed the drop of posting around here. It makes me sad, even though I'm one of the guilty ones. I've found myself reading a lot more than posting lately. And of course real lives do get in the way sometimes (I just got back from a 5-day theatre festival - fun! :)). I hope the decline doesn't continue too much!
