Has Anyone Heard from NICOLE ROSS?

Well, I sent her a card yesterday and found a number to call too, which I think is a relative (maybe her dad?) who works at a place where I've sent a gift to her before. I called and left a message there, will let you know if I hear anything. She has been a very regular poster so I think it warrants some concern that she didn't say any kind of goodbye. No harm in trying to find out.

I agree Vic hun, well said, and if it's Nic's decision to leave then I would totally accept that. But I don't think she just chose to leave like that. The last I heard from her in PM, she said how excited she was to chat with us the following night in the NC-17 thread, and then *nothing* from her for over a week. It's strange, and like Jenny said, I think that if she did choose to leave or take a break, she would most likely have given some word of goodbye.

I totally agree with this--in theory. But Nicole's absence, disappearance, whatever you want to call it---sits very umcomfortably with me. We were close here and back at IMDB, daily much of the time in PMs and threads. I can't shake the feeling that she just wouldn't do this, and she had intended to continue in our core on the NC-17.

I have to say I'm quite worried about her too, just based on what those of you here who know her really well have said. I wish there were something concrete I could do to help find her. All I can do is send out my most positive thoughts and hope for the best. My heart goes out to you guys who are especially missing her. (((((hugs)))))
