Just in case anyone missed it - they are re-showing Pleasantville on Starz. This was an amazing film for those pining for quieter, less abrasive, more innocent times. It starts as a comedy but moves into being a message movie, and has a lot of grace and emotion along the way. Yes, some of the social messages were "bonk us over the head" obvious, but for Hollywood, this was a decent achievement, and another one of those movies that makes you head for IMDb to learn more about it after it's all over.
