Before the bulk of the peak a the blossoms were gone, I thought I's take a global view of my garden (once again).
Ths was taken yesterday morning ...
Seems to be a good assortment a blooms still out there.

Time to peek at the neighbour's front yard (again)
First the Jones (who always do as their neighbours) grass lovers (former pesticide lovers)
A few years ago they started putting flowers in the middle of their grass (been living there 16 years) and the cement border, behind the flowers - new this year!

On the south side, there's tho opposite kinda person. The owner cuts the 'grass' maybe 4 times all summer. She takes care of the little area beside the stoop, and there are very common daylilies, sage and holly hocks, but mostly there are weeds in the grass, including the worse kinda weed I fight in my back yard daily - the creaping charlies - little white flowers are their manifestation, but mostly their underground networking is virtually indestructible!

I think you just intimidated her....she knows she can't do as good as you so why try!!
