NO! I didn't try to grow any pumpkins - and if it is put out, it'll be just for the one night. Vandalism of innocent pumpkins have been a part of my past experiences (mostly on THE night)
Anywho... here's the left side of the front yard - looking as expected for late October, unkemp and near frozen over (it's suppose to freeze out there tonight.)

In the meantime here's the right side of the front yard

So ... Here it is .... an autumn picture taken from my front yard (next to the stoop) that I think is Desktop worthy. Been on my desktop since Saturday
The red leaves are from the english primrose (yellow flowers, way back in July),and the green ones in the foreground are from lillies of the valley.

What?!?! no comment about that lovely picture I posted yesterday?!!?
Anyways - now for the critter picture I was talking about - my resident racoon - seems like he's refusing to leave the garage.
