The line is from 50s Brit radio / TV comedy 'Hancock's Half Hour' - my all-time favourite comedy programme - from the episode called 'The Radio Ham'. George Michael also uses it at the end of 'Too Funky.

Well we did end up with about 15 people murdering several songs on my friend's home karaoke machine, so I'm surprised the police weren't called! I'm sure we must have set several packs of local dogs howling!  ;D
