Lynne, sometimes the new interface does that. It looks like it's "going to do something" but then it gets hung up.... Keep trying. I know, it really sucks. I can't imagine how much listenership Live365 has lost due to it being overly techincally complaicated now.
What's supposed to happen is you click the play button, and then a window opens near the station logo that shows the commercial they make you watch ( ::) ) and then it closes and the audio stream starts.

For now, there is a widget to click on right in the main banner. Hopefully we can get it all running smoothly. Thanks for working on this, Eric!

I tried the widget, didn't work.
I've now created an account at Live 365, and, yeee-haw!, it works!!!
