Here it is!

Each time I see that picture I'm amazed at that stare of the kid! Brilliant expression. I often wonder how they get kids (very small kids sometimes) to act so perfectly!

And when I see that hand digging itself in the kid's shoulder, it hurts.

Perfect performance by that young boy.

Whenever I see such a heartbreaking kid's reaction in a move, I always remind myself that the kid doesn't see what he's reacting to, and the director had the kid perform all kinds of emotions from very funny to very sad and that the child probably doesn't know that this is the particular important emotion.  That hand is so important in that scene too.

Nice game, j. U. d. E.

New picture soon??

Just amazing though! I once heard about Rick Schroeder in "The Champ" (he was 9 at the time) that for a very sad scene towards the end of the film, the director told him a very sad story, that made him (Rick) cry and they used that for the scene. But still, it's amazing work those kids do sometimes!

I have a shiver down my spine, imagining that hand on my shoulder.. *right now*..  :-X
