Disney opens weddings for gay couples

Nice.  Really.

This reminds me of a story.  (Is there anything that doesn't?  ;))

That "friend" who gave Ed the Bible for Christmas (and gave me soap - apparently to wash the sin off) went with his wife and three kids to Disney for a week last year.  When they got back, Ed asked him how Disney was and he said it turned out it was Gay Pride Week, and so the park was loaded with gays and lesbians.  The implication was he was none too enthused.

I'm sorry, but

(I found myself wishing we'd gone that week, myself.)

Kelda:
I guess disney are realising that what a fmaily unti looks like is changing and so that they must change with the times..

Sheriff Roland:
Now if only the legislators remembered that there's suppose ta be a seperation between the church (beliefs) and state, then maybe the U.S.A. might not look so much like a Theocracy.

I'll be at Disney World this June for Gay Days.  :D

I'm actually heading right there after the BBQ.  We really do TAKE OVER the Magic Kingdom on Saturday.  It's quite a sight!

The neat thing is there's four other different parks, so if 'families' are offended, they can go to another park for the day.  I'm sure Disney accomodates them (free ticket to the other park).  (And we prefer they go to another park for the day anyway.  LOL.)
