Okay, I will practice a little more at lunch today, and then try to make some kind of notation for it, like this maybe:

*  O  *  **  O  *  **  O  *  * I  *  *  * * O  *  *O  * *  * This notation assumes you are holding the harmonica so the low notes are to the left and the high notes to the right. The *s are the blow holes, and O means blow OUT on that hole and the I means INHALE on it (in this case the first and second holes). Repeat that twice. That's the first guitar bit before the words. I won't bother with the timing, if you know the song you'll do it automatically, with a rest in between the two measures. More later! You can also play around with it. That's how I figured it out. It's fun that way!
