Actually, the High Priestess jumped the gun a wee bit. It's actually Sunday, May 6. But I had a lovely time of it having brunch in New York with her and John Gallagher today. We paid what will probably be my last visit to the Western shop Whiskey Dust, a place of great Brokie mojo which we are now assured is finally closing June 2--and where I got myself a copy of Hamley's saddle catalogue!

All-in-all it was a wonderful day!
