Thanks for posting those pics, John.  Well, I guess we won't be planning any conventions in Sage!  I don't think there's even a place to buy whiskey there.  ;)

Sad, isn't it? You're right, Meryl, maybe not the best place for the first Brokie convention--

But I know what Brandon means--there is something awfully compelling about those mournful images....

Ang really nailed the realism in BBM.

Of course maybe when the character Ennis 'lived' in Sage over 50 years ago, it was not the ghost town it is today and was a train stop as one of the pics clearly shows on balrog's IMDb big board thread.

Wyoming is god's country - 400 run-over ground squirrel miles between Stucky's.  Back in the day, the entire state population in Wyoming was not what it was in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area alone.

Joking suggestions were made to declare the entire state a National Park and move everyone out.
