Title: Late BBM debut in Nebraska
Post by: Lynne on March 31, 2006, 03:28:33 am
First, I was just stunned that BBM is opening in Nebraska just 4?! days before the DVD release.  However, this article indicates that it is being greeted with open minds, if not outright welcomed!

"...[it's]...estimated that e-mails were running 10-1 in support of showing the movie.  We're not making anyone walk into the theater...I think anybody who will come to the movie this weekend will know what it is all about."
"We have to be neutral (as a theater) in whatever we do..."

Wish it was justr opening in Berkeley, instead of 3 months and 5 days ago...

I live in Nebraska and I saw the movie in February.

I think that article is just for the community of Scottsbluff and not for the entire state.
