I think you just have to click on the link.
When I was there at 11:41 p.m., there were 4 votes.
To see other entries, click on the "People's Choice" heading. It will say, "Thanks for voting" by Henry's photo. That's why I think all you have to do is click on the link Henry supplied. You'll notice that if you click on any of the other photos, Henry's total will go down. But if you click on Henry's photo again, the number will return to what it was. (They will only let you vote for one photo.)
