I took the time to load this up and watch it on my dial-up connection (it's only 30 seconds) and it is pretty funny. I think I've seen it in the past, but it was worth a second look.
Scarecrow Smackdown
The following funny Halloween video is an oldie but a goodie. To set it up, some joker decided to dress as a decorative scarecrow, wait on their front porch, and startle innocent trick-or-treaters -- and of course set up a video camera so he could later submit it to "America's Funniest Videos" on ABC. But, as with so many videos on that show, things didn't go exactly as planned...

(After multiple watches, we're still not entirely certain what's going on with the scarecrow's hair, but it doesn't look good!)

People should be careful whom they scare, though. I remember taking my son and some neighbor kids out trick or treating years ago and at one of the houses someone was dressed up as a witch and jumped out of the bushes by their front porch. Well, one little boy who was around four got so frightened, the poor thing didn't even want to continue trick or treating and I had to take him back home! :-\
