Title: The Coffeepot Thread
Post by: Front-Ranger on October 09, 2014, 01:27:16 pm
Hey! I just noticed that we don't have a coffeepot thread. I think this omission must be corrected immediately! This thread is related to the Bucket Thread which can be found here (http://bettermost.net/forum/index.php/topic,569.0/all.html).

To start it off, I want to mention how much I enjoy using my BetterMost coffeepot in my new home. It's gotten some good use already.

That's a wonderful coffeepot, Lee!

I've never seen it before, or a picture.

Does anyone else who was at the BBQ have one?

I have a coffeepot almost exactly like this one. I use it for watering plants.

It's very old, from well before I was born, and I think it's from my father's childhood.

It always reminds me of the coffeepot at the campfire up on Brokeback.

The coffeepots were presented as gifts of appreciation to the illustrious organizers of the 2007 BBQ.

That's a really nice coffeepot, Sonja! Anyone else want to show off their coffeepots?

Yup, I have a tiny one. This miniature coffeepot is actually a toothpick holder, but I don't use it as that. Just a Brokie-ish souvenir that stands near my desk. On the other side it says Wyoming.

I like that you had a Brokie coffeepot even before you ever knew of BBM. :)

I never thought of it that way, Chrissi, but you're right!

It's an omen coffeepot!  ;D

I like the design on yours. Even if it's small and made as a souvenir, it recognizes the native history.

I love that coffeepot, Chrissi! Did you get it at Dirty Sally's? I just found out that I'll be going up to Ten Sleep later this month for the goodbye celebration as Kathy (Linda Higgins) closes her shop. I'm going to look for a coffeepot like that!

Other coffeepots? Step forward with yours!

Nope, I got it at a gas station on the last or second to last morning in WY.
I did get a couple of souvenirs at Dirty Sally's though. Everything reduced by 60%. How could we have said no?

I doubt you'll find a coffeepot there. The shop was already halfway sold-out by the time we were there. But I'm sure it'll be fun anyway! :)
