In Florida, a grave sat unnoticed for nearly 20 years, until a movie came along and the dead mans name was on the tip of the world's tongue:

You'd think fans would have flowers and momentos all over it.

I left some virtual flowers, it is amazing how many forgotten people there are.

Make a trip to Jack's grave
This is a good excuse for a nice little weekend excursion. Southwest is running lots of direct flights into Tampa this month cheap. Pinnellas Park is a relatively short drive from Tampa. Gives you an excuse to visit Tampa/St Pete which IMHO is one of Florida's neatest cities. To the hell with The Mouse.

(and get a rental car from Priceline - bid $14 a day...you'll get it.
ANd don't forget to take a pic of Jack's grave, after you've left some flowers... ;)

But, that guy in Florida was Jack B. Twist.
The one which we knew was John C. "Jack" Twist, Jr.
OT - That reminds me. I had a dirty ol' man one time tell me that "Joe is not a real name. It is a nickname." And what was the guy's legal first name? Jack!
