Yes, unfortunately.  Lucian received a very similar C & D to the one I got, and complied with the order, removing his stories from his site.  He did make an announcement, but he may have since deleted it.

Well, appreciate the information. Apparently there is a line, but "fan"fiction is just that, writing as a fan, not for profit. Too bad, would have liked to see his second part completed.

And, do like your new set of stories.
