Thank you for your replies Leslie and Janice. I'm glad the postcards made it.

Were the folks in the play, guests or the hotel employees?

Neither of both. They were employees of the tour operator. Most of them do this as a seasonal job, but for some it's their regular occupation for a few years. It's a stressful job, but it's a good way to see much of the world and work in beautiful places, where others spend their vacations. And it makes a very good impression in ones curriculum vitae when you apply for another job later.

Beautiful pictures. The ambience reminds me a little bit of Southern (coastal) California.

Lovely pics.  I don't know what I was expecting but more is right, it looks like Southern California or coastal Texas - down to the cowboy show, heh heh.

Looks like a real vacation, Chrissi.  Very inspiring.  Thanks.  Love the one of the orange umbrellas and sky.

Turkey looks amazing.  I never thought of it as vacation destination like that before.  I've been to Instanbul, with the Grand Bazaar, the Topkapi and the Hagia Sophia but never to any of the resorts.  Now I want to go too!  Thank you for sharing it with us.
