The 'Brokeback Canon': Essential Resources - Updated - Please Bump
by stevme (Tue Feb 14 2006 10:20:45) UPDATED Sun Dec 10 2006 12:07:21
I am reposting a reply that I gave to a posted interview. Hoping we can develop a list.
Someone should develop a sort of "canon" of resource material about the film to complement the excellent post that brings together all the varied and interesting discussion threads that have developed around this movie. This group of readings or interviews would provide valuable background to interested members of the public, as well as to film students, students of drama, and the like. This film, and related resources and threads, would provide excellent material for high school discussion as well, if parents gave their consent.
As to the Brokeback Canon, I would include;
