What's in the box?
« on: July 17, 2007, 04:30:31 pm »
Look at the picture of the box and concentrate on it. Then try to guess what's in it!!  :D

You can select one of the items listed above, or choose something else!

That's right! The correct answer might not even be listed in the poll!  :D

I will post the answer on 24 July!

(And it ISN'T a pair of shoes!!! )

  I'm not psychic.

:o It's going to be hard to wait so long to see what it is!!!! Good practice for patience.  When I looked at it I thought maybe there was a little kitten in there that would pop out!! So I said toy animal because I didn't think you'd have a real kitten that we don't know about.  ;)

No, you're correct Shasta! I would never put a real live animal in the box!  :D

This is weird. Like Shasta, I am also getting fluffy, pet vibes from the box. So I'm guessing it's either a pet toy or a toy animal or a bag of catnip. Decisions, Decisions! Which one to choose? I think I'll go with toy animal too. Yep, I'm seeing a fluffy toy black-n-white cat, sorta like a toy version of your own cat, David. Am I close?!!!  :D

Kerry! Did you vote? It still says 2 votes up there! And that's what it said earlier!!

I can't tell you if you're close Kerry but I can tell you that you've got just as much chance of getting it right as anyone else!

Does that help??

This reminds me of one of those personality quizzes we took awhile back...You come upon a box in the road and have to choose what's inside.  I said 'kitten' and Barb said 'empty.'  I'm going with kitten again!

If anyone's a ding bell around here, it's . . . . . . . . . . that bloke over there!!! It's certainly not either of us haha!  :D

Might have been something to do with it being 3 o'clock in the morning where you were, when you were reading those results, David, and you needed your sleep.  ;)   :)

I'm going with pet toy. If your apartment's like mine then there's one within arm's reach just about anywhere you go. Plus, it'd be fun watching the cat trying to get the toy out of the box. :) They are possessive of their toys are they not :)

Yes, they are very possessive of their toys. And since I have both a cat and a dog, the animal toys are laying around everywhere, although my dog does a pretty good job of picking up his toys and depositing them into his toy box.

But I wouldn't have the heart to hide one of my animal's toys in a box!!!

....... or would I??  ;)  :D

Besides, they have so MANY toys, they would NEVER miss just one of them!

....... or would they??  ;)  :D

What is it about curiosity that we love so much?
A picture of shoebox on the internet has me filling my head with a million possibilities. It's like watching "Let's Make a Deal", I would have always taken the box. :)
I can't wait to see what's in the box, but the anticipation is so much fun!

But don't you worry! The mystery will be solved soon enough!! In the mean time, keep guessing everyone!! TRUST ME, there REALLY IS something inside that box!!  :D

Well Kerry, you got it correct a little bit.

It was a toy! It just wasn't a CAT toy.

Think positive Kerry. Remember, the glass is always half full!  :D
