Do you know where the Heath image came from originally? Was it some sort of photo-shoot? Or illustration for an article? And where was it taken, do you know?

I have it from Ledgersladies. They say it's from a photoshoot in 2001 for Ragazza magazine (never heard of it). The famose b/w ones with the straw hat seem to be from the same shoot, at least they're in the same folder. There are also more pics with the beach and rocks.

AICN reported that Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell have agreed to take over the remaining part of Heath's role.  Not sure about the accuracy of this news, but nevertheless, here's the link to the article:
