They are both manips

I should have guessed. I've seen the 4 feathers (IMO: WorstHeathFilmEver!!!! - although he himself looks good while in that dashing red uniform at the beginning)  I figured your pic might possibly be an early photoshoot of some sort, like for Australia day. It's a very good manip. The other one looks much more manippy.
