No he's off line!....I just checked the members list and  is no longer there.  I think he realized his mistake and became.  No new people come right on, go right to Chez Tremblay and post 1 post about trolls and the log right off!....not normal newbie behavior!  He's back and we have to watch him until Phil comes back.

He's using a dial up account on Verizon.  I have the entire range of IPs for dial up accounts in his region.  I don't know why he thinks it is smart for him to do this because Verizon has a very strict policy about abuse of their ISP accounts for such things.  He is risking his account with them.
