Hey Ellemeno and RouxB!!  I saw your post and registered, just for this.  Guess what: I SAVED THEM!  They're beautiful.  Check it:

Ennis twists his mouth
Jack swaggers, rodeo lithe
break back my mountain

Now fierce, now tender
humming softly, whiskey breath
your arm enfolds me

frolick on the hill
boys, but button up your pants
binoculars out

Dust in the driveway
I'm out the door, down the stairs
In your arms I'm found

Hearts reunited
Hidden passion on the stairs
Kissing like no other

Alma Beers Del Mar
Once young hopeful bright-eyed bride
Don't open that door.

The taste of Jack's lips
Lingers on the cigarette.
Ennis inhales deep.

Jack waits patiently
While Ennis fears tire irons
The sweet life a dream

A postcard arrives
Jack is the King of the Road
But his dreams are dashed

Jack cries in his truck
He races to Mexico
Finds solace in a stranger

Angry heart breaking
Gravel crunching underfoot
Never enough time.

Standing by the fire
Ennis holds Jack in his arms
Sings to Jack Softly

Contentment fills Jack
Ennis rides his horse away
Jack's face filled with love

Nestled together
Two shirts are safely hidden
Jack's mother stands watch.

Jack comes to Ennis
only at night now, only
in sleep, waking wet

Wind flows over earth
A Twist engulfs A Del Mar
Love Moves A Mountain

[EDIT: Unfortunately I saved only the verses (and more were written on Tremblay after I saved them). But I didn't save the web page, so I don't know who wrote what. Maybe they will emerge like HenryPie to claim credit!]

This is great Laura, I remember you too. Do you have any idea who wrote each of them?

You can edit the post to say who did, if you know. Just click the Modify button on the post.

thanks again, and welcome to you,

Jenny

I wrote "frolick on the hill" and, if I recall, "Jack come to Ennis."

Sigh.

I wrote three of those, Sarah--double sigh.

Nestled together
Two shirts are safely hidden
Jack's mother stands watch.

humming softly, whiskey breath
your arm enfolds me

Gravel crunching underfoot
Never enough time.

Welcome to BetterMost lauragigs!  Want a cup of coffee?  A piece of cherry cake?  That was quite an excellent first post.  Thanks for saving all of those!
