I don't think Clarissa was trying to be judgmental or critical here. But I can understand how her post might have been misread or misinterpreted. It's important to remember that it's very easy to misunderstand what the poster was really trying to say, because we cannot hear the poster's voice. Voice inflection can make a huge difference, and obviously infection is lacking when we are reading posts. Something that was meant to be funny or even supportive may come across as critical and rude.
I do appreciate Dottie posting her answers in yellow, making them more difficult to read. And it's impossible to take one of these quizzes without posting any answers. How else could we do it?
Somebody had a good idea a few months ago when they posted their answers using the same color as the screen background. Then, if anyone wanted to see what it said, they highlighted the answers with their mouse, sort of like Dottie did with her answers up above. But I don't see light blue and white as color options in the "change color" box, so the way Dottie did it is probably the best.
Hopefully there are no ill feelings, and I encourage others to post similar quizzes in the near future. As moderator of this forum, I suggest clicking on the reply button (or the quote button) at the top (first post) of the screen. This will allow you to bypass other people's answers until you have posted yours.
I don't think anyone meant to be critical, and let's all try to get along in here, okay?
And please continue posting these quizzes and surveys. I love taking them, and I know many other people do too!
