Yesterday was rainy and dreary, but it didn't storm, Jack. It's sunny, breezy, and 44 degrees here today. I guess the storm brought you the cold weather.

Tomorrow, sadly, I must go back to work. 

So today I suffer from Truman's so-called SAD  -- "Sunday Afternoon Dread". 

Oh yeah -- I can cheer up!! We will be off in 4 days for Good Friday.

YAY!! 

It sounds like most of the south and I guess northeast too was rainy and dreary yesterday. It has warmed up here some now and is 52. I know what you mean about being in the SAD syndrome. I am too. I don't get Good Friday off. We used to get it, but when they made MLK a holiday they took that one away from us. It seems like they could have just added one. Oh well. That might be a good day to call in sick

At least they let you out a little early  It's just another work day at my place and I work for the state. Strange

Separation of church and state?

Do you have to talk to a person when you call in sick or is it an automated call-in? I have to talk to my boss -- it would be easier if it were automated.

I hardly ever miss work, but I think about it a lot.

I think about it a whole lot more than I miss. If I am not going to be there I just have to send an email to my boss so that is not too bad.

Hi Jack!

It's Monday!  What fun!

That's a GREAT picture Gary!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think that is a very happy cat even though my black cat Code likes to play in water. He is actually fascinated by it and likes to play in the sink and try to catch the water. He also appeared in the middle of a great big thunderstorm soaking wet when he was a tiny kitten. At least you got my Monday off to a good start
