I miss you all too! FWIW, I don't remember those 4 weeks being particularly remarkable.

Well today I decided to stick my nose where it didn't belong and I called a friend of mine at work. She and her father have been estranged for several months now because he got remarried and didn't tell anyone about it until it was all said and done and it (and the bride) rubbed her the wrong way.

I told her I was sticking my nose where it didn't belong but I shared with her a story and encouraged her to mend fences. She said that in fact they had talked the other night for 2 hours. I was glad they did.

Well in my case I took the glass out a week ago to work on the hinge (I probably need to replace the whole thing) and it is still leaning against the house and I am still stepping thru the door.

You should be using the handle or doorknob to open the door like a proper gentleman.
