I am glad I got a scanner a while back. Now I can enjoy this $20 bill I got in my change recently, and still spend it. It just renews hope in me that this unknown person paid back his debts before buying

If you look at the otther side of the $20, it says "Dope- 25.00" so perhaps he was able to increase what he spent when he did his budget.
