Yeah it is that little thingy inside the exhaust, some kind of restrictor. The bad asses  (like my neighbors) take it out so they can be real loud.

I hate that! It's like those folks thay play their rap music all loud and have the bass on so high that you vibrate in YOUR car!!
I don't want to hear your motorcicle and I don't want to hear your music much less feel it! LOL

I never understood how they could stand to be in the car with it thumping like that, they must already be deaf.

The only one who seems to have crawled out of the mire is Willis (Todd Bridges)

Their parents really used them as money making vehicles, same thing with Lee Ann Rimes, but she turned out better I think.
