Yes, it's the theme from Picnic mixed with Moonglow from that hot dance scene!   :)

The person below me can cook a complete Thanksgiving dinner.   :D

Yes, but it takes me a little longer than the three hours it took Lureen.

The person below me would prefer to be invited out for Thanksgiving dinner.

True - I don't like the clean-up required after cooking a big meal, and by the time I'm done cooking, I don't much want to eat what I made.

The person below me dreams of a new life, but doesn't know how to get there.

False.  I was for a long while, but something recently helped me realize I was already there.  :)

The person below me has heard nothing but poignant love songs on the radio all day long and has had to hold back the tears on a few of them.

Sorta - I listen to the BBM soundtrack at work (in its entirety) day after day after day after day.  I don't know why, and I have no idea how I can possibly to do this without getting sick of it, but do it I do.  I know the sound so well that I hardly hear it in some ways, so it's doesn't move me to tears.  But I somehow am comforted by it nonetheless.

The person below me keeps one of thos little air freshner leaves hanging from the rear view mirror of their car.

False.  I understand only in the most theoretical way.

The person below me is more a "Jack" than an "Ennis".

False - I was Ennis so very much.  Now I'm learning more about Jack & realise I've been a teeny bit Jack too, but mainly Ennis.

The person below me would rather date Ennis over Jack, assuming he/she had the chance & they were available & they weren't in other relationships at the time (too many clauses sorry!)

False.  Not on your life.  I would need to be with someone more emotionally expressive.  I'd end up getting sick of Ennis real quick-like.

The person below me likes to dip salty pretzel sticks into vanilla ice cream and eat them together.

Never tried that, but now I will.

The person below me has washed their clothes in a river or creek.
