HA!  I live in Chicago, home of the brutally cold windy and very long winters.  Canada don't scare me!  But no - I think I'm supposed to be living here.  Never thought of moving to Canada, or anywhere else for that matter.

The person below me keeps their nails well manicured.

It means you've decided to see beyond the imperfection

If by diet you mean The National Diet of Japan, as in Japan's legislature, which consists of two houses: the House of Representatives and the House of Councillors, then no.  While both houses of the Diet are directly elected under a parallel voting system, and formally select the Prime Minister, I don't serve in either house as I'm a US citizen.  Wow - what complicated questions you ask Anke!!!!

The person below me always votes in elections.

I do now, but I must admit that I boycotted a few when I was younger and... err... an anarchist.

The person below me has thought of being a candidate in local elections.

Every once in a while, and usually something very pale.  I like white nail polish.

The person below me is really going to miss playing with Nipith for the three weeks during which he'll be gone.

The person below me loves just skimming through a dictionary of a foreign or their own language, and learning new words  :)
