Cowboy Wayne has seen fit to let the world think he has another entire month before the advent of his 50th year since leaving the comfort of the womb, and;
WHEREAS Cowboy Wayne has been an invaluable member of the Brokeback Community, sacrificing his own tires on the back roads in the early exploration of Brokenback Creek, and avoiding the killer mechanics by seeking help from the Witnesses for Jehovah, and;
WHEREAS Cowboy Wayne has worked tirelessly in his chosen field to help bring about effective treatment for HIV and spending large amounts of his free time to coalate information betwixt laptops running different operating systems., and;
WHEREAS Cowboy Wayne has taken his valuable free time to assist others moved by the story Brokeback Mountain to, among other things, locate and visit the resting place of lost love (Beyond Brokeback, page 213), and;
WHEREAS Cowboy Wayne has not a smidgen of rhythm, but can paw the red out of a stopsign, and;
WHEREAS Cowboy Wayne has worked tirelessly for the expanded understanding of the sacred texts of the Judeo-Christian tradition, and;
WHEREAS Cowboy Wayne had worked tirelessly for the propagation of both plants and cats, occasionally having to climb onto the roof of century old houses,
THEREFORE, Let it be known throughout the land of Bettermost and beyond, that Sunday, the 13th day of July, A.D. 2008 shall be recognized and celebrated for the 50th time as the day of deliverance unto us mere mortals the wonderful friend who is our dear Cowboy Wayne!!!
