Where is everybody from?

I thought this might be interesting because I  have often been curious how widespread Brokeback Mountain fever really is, and in what parts of the world people are experiencing this fever.

Technically I am from Costa Rica.  I was born there, my parents are from there, but I was raised on Long Island, a suburb of New York City.  I'm happy to say that I don't have any discernible accent from either New Yawk or Lawn Guyland, as folks from the SF trip can attest to.

Hey Juan!

You have been on Bettermost longer than I have, but I'm glad to meet you!

I'll  look forward to reading your posts and threads on here! :)

By the way, I have travelled to Costa Rica (Puerto Jimenez... Oh, I hope  I spelled that correctly). It is an absolutely beautfiul part of the world, and the people were so nice. They quickly forgave me when I attempted to speak Spanish. Yes, my Spanish was REALLY bad!!

Why thank you Stephanie! Hopefully a few more will answer my poll.

It is conservative. But you know what? So far, the conservative states have 50% of the poll! Not too bad for the midwest!

We  just had a vote for Western Europe! Who was it?

I think it is 2 for the Midwest,  One for Mexico/Central/South  America (Thank you Juan!) and one for Western Europe!
