A well-written editorial from Wisconsin

"...if ever there was a time to see a film such as this one, to hear the message that it has to offer, it would be now. ...I feel that the story of "Brokeback Mountain" is a social wake-up call -- one that's long overdue...When it comes to love, it shouldn't matter if you are attracted to males or to females, but rather if you have that kind of never-ending love that you can share with someone else. People are people, and love is love, no matter what your sexuality is. The love homosexuals have for one another is no different than the love heterosexuals have...Instead of smothering the spread of love, why don't we learn from the heartbreaking, realistic story of "Brokeback Mountain" and allow love to be shared and expressed by anyone who has a heart, regardless of sexual orientation.
