the coyote totem Ennis

Creating haiku

You screw yourself with
one hand, and count syllables
with the other one.

Way the hell out in the middle of nowhere..

                               Kirk/Spock

                               "Captain," (hesitant)
.                              " What is it now, Spock?"  Kirk said.
                                "I think I'm supposed

                                 to kiss you now" Spock
said, straight-faced. "Spock: are you out
\                               of your Vulcan mind?"

As (probably most of) you know, the origin of the word "slash" was the symboi /, placed between two names, signifying that the following story would concern itself with the erotic adventures of the two people named in the pairing (fanfiction will not accept the slash mark; Live Journal asks for, but does not insist on it).
As  (probably most of) you know, the original pairing, cranked out on mimeograph machines throughout the late '60s ( 1967-1969--on)
was Kirk/Spock, of the original :"Star Trek"  series.

I remember all those Star Trek conventions I never went to, because who reaslly wants to get dressed up- like Lieutenant Uhura?  I just learned the casts and plot summeries...oh well.. wonder if they were any good?

I left you, pulling
Weight, waiting for the sunset--
Love's cooling breezes

Needed Things

Everyone should have
a Jake--no, no, two, in case
one should get broken.

Moremojo: I'll take your silence as a yes, and get rid of some of the miore offensive ones. Uncle Wiggly in Connecticut: "Hell, if you're not gonna be a nun, you might as well laugh once in a while." Didn't see any I wanted to take away. Hope your boys aren't gone permanently.

fanfiction

people beget, and
kisses beget, too; and tales
go on forever.

The real boys, probably

They loved the laughter,
fights, talks, working together--
but not...  making love

Hey, Julie:

No offense on my part whatsoever. My silence was due to the fact that I was not online over the weekend, and didn't see your message until this morning. Please keep all your haiku in place, unless there are any that displease you yourself for some reason--all of us checking on this thread appreciate them.

 :)
Scott

"deleting selected"

writes like an angel
bites like a wolf---can't, it's the
one thing I have left

my favorite fruit

the first time I had
venison, I said, "I must
have a wolf father."

What color are his eyes?

Wore brown contacts in
"Donnie Darko," (nice Jewish
boy) must not  outshine

Paltrow's  in "Proof," blue in
"The Good Girl," blue in "Brokeback,"
(called "cobalt," "sky blue,"

"to drown in"--and points
west---) but in "Jarhead,"  although
usually blue

frequently reflect
desert sand, torchlight, oil, oil
fires, men,   the  night sky.

So...what color are
his eyes? They seem to reflect
the world around him.
