Turned out pretty good. I grilled two nice boneless pork chops. I ate one, and the other is in the fridge to be eaten at a later date.

Great to hear! I guess you don't make black-eyed peas. I used to do that, but they've been hard to find lately.

Black-eyed peas are not a Pennsylvania German thing.

I felt the need to have a substantial breakfast today to kick off November and "deliver-us-from-evil" week.

So here are grits from George Washington's mill, topped by a poached egg, asiago curls, and snipped chard from my garden.

CellarDweller:
I just finished off some grilled chicken breast with Mayoracha.
