They should leave it as Zodiac.  That's what everyone knows it as.

And hey, I was growing up around here (SF) back when this guy was on the loose...  I remember it first hand.

I'm lookin' forward to the movie, too.  I heard it was delayed to a 2007 release, though..  >:(

I just saw that and was about to post... weird isn't it? Oh well, I hope they keep it as Zodiac, I like that much better... I also hope they do a limited release in December  :-\

I agree!

As of now there is no limited release but of course these things change A LOT!  So say lots of prayers to whatever god or goddess you worship... :)

As long as I've known of it, it has had the two alternate titles: Zodiac and Chronicles...I favor Chronicles myself. I have lived in the bay Area since 1969...I don't believe the case was ever SDOLVED, actually....but of course I'm dying to see the film.

Looking fdorward to "Candy," too--and apparently, as of now, it will bheqat "Zodioac" out by 2 months, even circling the globe...

I'll be first in line when this hits the theater!

Did anyone catch what one reviewer from "aint it cool" wrote concerning Jake's appearance in BbM?

but the shocker here is Gyllenhaal who I’ve never liked in anything till this. His boyishness really suits the character and it’s impressive just to watch how tired and haggard and paranoid he gets by the film’s end. We really watch him age in a very realistic way (as opposed to the porno ‘stache and bad wig in Brokeback Mountain).

Bad wig?
Did I miss something here?
What wig?

:) I don't think Jake was wearing a 'piece but I could be wrong - on the other hand it looked a little like Heath might be wearing something at the end when we see him from behind as he leaves the PO with the "deceased" post card and his hair looks longer and fluffier, hmmm............. ???

It seems that Jake is credited first in Zodiac...correct?

I think he is credited first... he seems to play the main character, though, from everything I've read, the movie seems to focus on a few different characters equally and not one person is actually the main character...

p.s. I'm so excited for this movie I could spit!!  ;D
‘cause the truth is, I already give him everythin’ I got to give, more than I ever even knew I had; ‘n it all for him, all of it, him who is my brother, my father, my child, my friend, my lover, my heart, my soul; my Ennis.
